James Watts

Counsel, Legal Division

James Watts is Counsel with the Assessments Unit of the Legal Division.  He joined the 多宝游戏下载 in 2012 as an Honors Attorney.  He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patrick J. Duggan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Mr. Watts obtained bachelor鈥檚 and master鈥檚 degrees in business administration from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, MI, and a law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Detroit, MI.
